1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the official website of JBN Emperors (“JBN Emperors”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using this website, registering for any event, purchasing tickets, submitting information, or participating in any activity organized by JBN Emperors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of this website.

2. About JBN Emperors

JBN Emperors is a professional business networking platform dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship, business growth, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and meaningful networking through events, meetings, conferences, workshops, and digital initiatives.

3. Eligibility

Participation in JBN Emperors events, memberships, meetings, and activities is subject to eligibility criteria determined solely by JBN Emperors.

JBN Emperors reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, cancel, or revoke any registration, participation, membership, or admission, with or without assigning any reason, whenever deemed necessary for the safety, security, reputation, objectives, integrity, or smooth conduct of the organization or its events.

4. Registration

Participants shall provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration.

Any incorrect, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of registration without refund.

Registration shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment and written confirmation, wherever applicable.

5. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

All registration fees, membership fees, sponsorship fees, and other payments made to JBN Emperors are strictly final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.

No refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Non-attendance
  • Late arrival
  • Personal reasons
  • Medical reasons
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Travel disruptions
  • Force majeure affecting the participant
  • Removal due to violation of these Terms & Conditions

Where an event is cancelled solely by JBN Emperors, any refund, if approved, shall be entirely at the discretion of JBN Emperors and may exclude taxes, convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or other non-recoverable expenses.

6. Dress Code

Participants shall comply with the prescribed dress code communicated for the respective event.

Unless otherwise notified, the dress code shall be:

JBN Emperors reserves the right to deny admission to any participant whose attire is considered inappropriate or inconsistent with the professional nature of the event.

7. Code of Conduct

Every participant shall conduct themselves professionally, ethically, respectfully, and in a manner that upholds the dignity and objectives of JBN Emperors.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Verbal or physical abuse
  • Offensive or discriminatory conduct
  • Defamation
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Disruptive behaviour
  • Unauthorized solicitation
  • Misrepresentation
  • Any conduct detrimental to the reputation, operations, members, organizers, sponsors, partners, or attendees of JBN Emperors

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may invite appropriate legal action.

8. Political, Religious & Unauthorized Activities

JBN Emperors is a professional business networking organization.

Political campaigning, electioneering, protests, demonstrations, unauthorized fundraising, unauthorized commercial promotion, or any activity unrelated to the objectives of JBN Emperors is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by JBN Emperors.

9. Non-Disparagement

Participants shall not make, publish, circulate, upload, communicate, or otherwise disseminate any false, misleading, defamatory, malicious, abusive, or derogatory statement or content concerning:

  • JBN Emperors
  • Its organizers
  • Office bearers
  • Committee members
  • Volunteers
  • Sponsors
  • Partners
  • Speakers
  • Members
  • Attendees
  • Affiliates

through any medium, including verbal communication, print media, websites, blogs, messaging platforms, social media, audio, video, or electronic communication.

JBN Emperors reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available under applicable law against any person responsible for such conduct.

10. Photography & Media Consent

By attending any JBN Emperors event, participants irrevocably consent to being photographed, filmed, audio recorded, or otherwise captured.

JBN Emperors shall have the unrestricted and perpetual right to use such photographs, recordings, videos, names, voice, and likenesses for promotional, educational, archival, advertising, public relations, marketing, social media, website, and other lawful purposes without further consent or compensation.

11. User Content

Any testimonials, feedback, photographs, videos, comments, or other materials voluntarily submitted by users may be used by JBN Emperors.

By submitting such content, participants grant JBN Emperors a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and non-exclusive licence to use, publish, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display such content for lawful purposes.

12. Website Usage

Users shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious software
  • Reverse engineer website functionality
  • Use automated bots or scraping tools
  • Upload unlawful or harmful material
  • Interfere with website security or operations

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JBN Emperors, its founders, office bearers, committee members, volunteers, employees, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and representatives from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising out of:

16. Force Majeure

JBN Emperors shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, civil disturbances, war, terrorism, technical failures, or other force majeure events.

17. Right to Refuse Admission

JBN Emperors reserves the absolute right to refuse admission, suspend participation, remove any attendee from an event, or cancel any registration without prior notice, refund, or compensation where such action is considered necessary for security, safety, discipline, legal compliance, or the successful conduct of the event.

18. Privacy

Collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy published on the official JBN Emperors website.

19. Amendments

JBN Emperors reserves the right to amend, modify, replace, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website or participation in any JBN Emperors activity shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the website, registrations, memberships, payments, or participation in JBN Emperors events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, India.
